An Addition to the Family

posted by Francis Ho

I have a new addition to my family … of kayaks! It’s a red-yellow swirl coloured tandem (double) kayak by Perception New Zealand called “Surge” and it’s a new recreational sit-on-top model from them. It’s about the same size and weight as the FeelFree’s Gemini that I have now. Many thanks to Najib Tahir of ReneGad Quest S/B for sending the Surge to the airport and KS for bringing them back from KL for me on Sunday night.

I’ll be taking it out on the waters soon to try it out but Ying-Yang has already beaten me to it – on land!

Nice. I like the way they worked in the hand holds for carrying it. The water on the bow was a nice touch for the photo.

I hope it brings you and your customers may happy trips.
