Morning Sky

posted by Francis Ho

“I experience a period of frightening clarity in those moments when nature is so beautiful. I am no longer sure of myself, and the paintings appear as in a dream”

Vincent van Gogh

The paintings of Vincent van Gogh and the other masters came to mind when I saw the beautiful skies yesterday morning. Scenes like these must have inspired Vincent as it did me and my neighbor, Simon when we shared a few brief moments admiring God’s work on our street before he set off for work and me (still in pajamas) back home for my mandatory coffee and 'kaya' / butter toast! What a great start to the day and here's wishing you a great Wednesday!

It's become a habit to read your new post everyday before I sleep (well, your morning is my night, hehe). I enjoy your beautiful pictures, nice words, and wonderful experiences.

It really bring peace to my mind to savour the beauty of the morning sky, before I go to my slumberland.

Good night, or shall I say, good morning. Thanks for sharing.

ya agreed with robin - wat happened to SG skies ?
Err, somehow it reminds me of the algae on stagnant water. Different tones of green and yellowish brown.
