The take-out at borneo highlands is at Kg. Semadang which is a such a tranquil and scenic picture of serenity that it is almost hard to believe that in the floods a few years back the water levels rise up to and swept away part of the walkway leaving the residents cut-off from Kuching and leaving them stranded for a couple of weeks until the bridge was repaired.

Yup..been to that village with KNB and yes..the great flood of 2003 washed the bridge off and they had to built a new one on their own.....nice place and the river is very very tempting
