Clearing Storm
posted by Francis Ho
All storms will blow over eventually; sooner or later, and it's certainly something to bear in mind when we are in the midst of one. I wished I'd remembered and had remained calmer and I'll realy need to work on it this weekend to soothe some ruffled feathers with my daughter. Wish me well. Thank you.

Post a Commentspend quality time with ur daughter, not ur kayaks! have a good one! :)
wuching - u're being a little presumptuous ... to say the least.
Show a bit of backbone and who is boss with your daughter! or else you become their slave.... just like your sons commanding you around!
Hope everything works out fine between you and your daughter :)
FH2o, my best wishes.
anonymous - that's being even more presumptuous.

From another father's perspective, I know it hurts but don't stew on it too much ... try to forgive and forget ... sometime soon.
And I think what Sharon said is true!

Hope the rain clears the haze away....

Hey, can't really say anything about parenthood because I'm not one. But I spent the whole 7.5 hours in the forest trekking up to Telok Limau! It was torturous especially when the rain poured down about 1.5 hours to my destination. Seriously, I'd prefer to be on the kayak at that moment but once arriving at Telok Limau, greeted by curious otters, there is this feeling of absolute contentment. Your love for kayaking is probably like my love for a good jungle hike. ;-)
kelvin - that sounded really challenging!! we should do bako together again soon - this time by kayaks! :)
