Into the Flow (And Out of it Sometimes!)

posted by Francis Ho

Floating down a rainforest river is a magical experience, as by the very act of going with the flow we are surrendering ourselves to nature and embracing all that she has to offer. Nature takes over and time seem to come to a standstill as one moves to the rythmn and mood of the river. Serenity takes over and realising that we are actually part of it all, we become whole and at peace with oneself and the universe.

Unfortunately I was a little bit out of the 'flow' as on a business trip to KL on Thursday and coming back on Saturday evening; I contracted food poisoning from a meal we had at a chinese seafood restaurant late on Friday night. So I had to take a forced rest on sunday instead of taking Er Szee from Kuching, Corinne and Vincent from Quebec dolphins spotting; leaving Bev and Azmi with the honour. Broadband was out at home so I couldn't post anything; however for a nice change I get to see my 2 boys instead of them being cooped inside the computer room the entire day! I have recovered fully now and ready to get back into the flow of things!

This can be a peaceful and beautiful world that we live in. Go with the flow.
