Sunless Sunday

It rained the entire night and it was still raining when I woke up and I decided to cancel the kayaking trip after looking at the dense dark clouds and rain blocking out the sun. I was right to cancel the trip as it rained the entire day and the river would have been quite swollen with all that down pour.The rain stopped for just a little while to allow me to snap the above sunset photo before it came down in buckets again!
I took the opportunity to go out for breakfast with my other half and to the wet market with her after that to buy some vegetables for lunch and dinner. Then I laze around the house listening to music, did some reading, chatted with my children, visited a friend, went out for coffee with another to catch up and came back to play with Buddy. Nice really. See - there's more to life than just kayaking even for FH2o!
