Trees, Clouds, Sky & Inconsiderate People

I hate it when people call you at the eleventh hour to tell you that they are not taking a trip they had confirmed for whatever crap reason(s). You know that it's just a lame excuse when they had changed their fucking fickle minds. Serve us right for not demanding a deposit in the first place. Some people can be so full of the brown stuff, oblivious to the efforts and preparations we had to put in prior to the trip. We'll get over this in a little while. *sigh*

That reminds me of a new bassist who joined a band I was in some years ago. We booked three hours of studio time (in $Tokyo$...) so we could rehearse and bring him on line, but after only half an hour he suddenly said, "Guys, I don't think I can do this band," and walked out...leaving us with the bill for the full three hours!

Some people just suck.

How about mailing them an old, rotting durian as a consolation present (to console yourself)?
