Fun & Adventure with Ervi

posted by Francis Ho

We have some guests on our kayaking trips who just ‘click’ with us; especially those who loves adventures, nature, travel and outdoors activities. And their love of photography is the icing on the cake. Ervi from Kuching but who works in KL is one such guest and it felt just like taking a friend out and her cheerful disposition and sense of adventure makes for great fun and company. We had a great time when I took my daughter and niece (from Brunei) for some CNY kayaking at the same time with Ervi. Take a look at some of the great photos she took of the kayaking trip as well as other travel photos.

Meanwhile here are some of my snapshots of this lively but demure single lady who looks like a little girl! What are you bachelor guys waiting for?

Interesting moustache :P hahahahahaha
kayatan - hi Ah Ling! What a nice and pleasant surprise to hear from you here! Woah! Yes, I'm the Francis you met all those years ago in BSB!

I'm still practicing as an architect as I love design too much to ever give it up! Probably never. Same goes for my kayaking!

It's interesting what you're doing now and let's keep in touch! Must join me kayaking when you're back in Kuching next!

QV - was contemplating some other silly (and probably obsence) poses with it but stuck to the moustach one! ;)
Hi Francis,

Yes, it is great ! Internet is the next best gift God gives to human after his son Jesus Christ, and google is only inferior to God in term of Knowledge/database.

I found my American husband in the net and now live happily in the bountiful land of ole USA.

Yes, my resource investment blog is interesting and contrarian !

I am a woman with many hats :). I am a doc who put people to sleep (anathesialogist) and a full time housewife and investor. I work only 2 days, the rest of the times I am a full time housewife. I home school my boy (no he does not go to school outside of our home :)), manage our range home and write investment newsletter and investment blog. How about that for a 46 yrs old woman, ha ha ha ha.

Kayaking ? I had done enough of outdoor activities when I was in my high schools, lots of outdoor campings, camped at bako, telokmandu, samatang etc... Ask yr bro Ah Kaing , he hates my guts ! :)-, ha ha ha ha.

I am very vain as far as my fair beautiful skin is concern. No outdoor activities and wild environment for my skin :):). Could be I am in the health care profession, I am very weary of what hot sun can do to our skin.

Will go out lunch with you - "Lui Chai' would be nice.

In fact, I was back at Nov 08. Let me have yr phone in case I feel like going back during my summer break (May 07).

Glad that u still like architecture kind of work. Not many of my archi friends can say that. They all said too much work , too little $. I agree with them. Both my sis and I have more homes than my archi bro. Poor man , he only has a semi-D being an archi for a no. of yrs and the smartest and the best archi who I knew (not just becos he is my bro but it is a fact, not a lot of archis got their chartered exam the 1st try with a new born son, but he did without a sweat ! But, smart people does not guarantee to be the richest people, ha ha ha ha ha.

I don't like hardwork (like architect lah, kayaking lah), I like the kind of work that I do once and after that the workt duplicate itself and print me lots of $ :):), ha ha ha ha.

Cheers !
Ah Ling
Ah Ling is right! Internet really give a whole new meaning for 'It's a small world after all'. What do you know..I know Ervi! And she's one great outdoor lover that wrote interesting travelogue. She took great photos too.

And more interestingly, she knew my juniors from my hometown Gemas, which have made quite a name in rock climbing in Msia. Naturally these rock climbers go all the way in outdoor adventures. Hence the born of www.mymountaingoal.com :)

Btw, FH20, we found another great place for dolphin-watching by kayaking. It is at Lovina....north of island of the gods, Bali.
