Sunset From The Gym's Window

Kuching Monday silver lining.

I have not been kayaking for over a fortnight now on account of working over the weekends to get the presentations ready for the board meetings; so I'd to drag myself to the gym yesterday as I was feeling positively lethargic and sluggish - not to mention fat and sloppy.

And I was glad to catch this sunset while I worked on the cross-trainer machine but nearly fell out of it as I rushed to the window much to the amusement of the fellow fat slobs people who were working out at the gym; to take this grab shots.

How I wished I could efficiently multi-task like this doctored pic. Whatever.
